Jussi is the unlikely fusion of engineering logic and creative thinking. In his twenties he worked as an R&D engineer at STERIS Corporation, in charge of developing software validation protocols for critical pharmaceutical equipment.

Despite enjoying the thrill of international business, his attention shifted to the creative field, and pursuing a career in advertising photography. He adopted early into digital imaging, and founded a production company which developed a unique method for seamlessly incorporating CGI with digital photography. The company became the highly awarded industry spearhead for complex image production, and remains operational today.

Since selling the CGI business, he has focused on building and running various communication, development and GTM strategy projects and ventures to B2B clients.

Jussi’s free time is consumed by motorcycle offroad expeditions, mountain biking and mountaineering. He also has a history in deep cave diving, so rigorous preparation, diligent risk assessment and the ability to keep teams moving under pressure are his second nature.
